WILL IT BE ENOUGH TO PRESENT CERTIFICATES RELATED TO USED DOOR PANELS AND ACCESSORIES?
No. Even when the certificates for used door panels and all equipment / accessories are presented, it cannot be claimed that the door is fire-resistant. Your door which will be manufactured for your project must have accessory and production details described in TS EN 1634-1 test proof.

WHAT IS THE MANUFACTURER CERTIFICATE THAT IS PRESENTED BY PRODUCERS? IS IT AN ADEQUATE ASSURANCE FOR MY DOORS’ PERFORMANCE?

No. Manufacturer certificate certifies that manufacturer company has enough machines and technical staff to produce described doors within the scope of certificate. However, it doesn’t provide any assurance for the doors which will be produced for your project. The only way to assure fire-resistance is to control technical details of the doors manufactured especially for your project and test report details after assembly by comparing.

WHY ARE MECHANICAL ENDURANCE OF THE DOORS IMPORTANT?
